Come to the aid of people experiencing hardship, of those facing difficulties in finding employment: this is the ambition of Sanef and its “buddy” employees.
Call for projects “Mobility for all”:
Seeking to contribute to finding concrete solutions to facilitate travel for these people in rural and peri-urban areas, Sanef Solidaire launched its first call for projects in 2022. Eleven solidarity mobility projects have since been awarded and supported (funding for driver's licenses, self-drive cars, electric scooters and bicycles, etc.). In 2024, Sanef Solidaire is continuing this commitment and renewing its "Mobility for All" call for projects aimed at public interest project leaders.
Applications are open from April 2 to May 2, 2024, to all associations and project leaders in the regions served by the Sanef Group's networks.
The projects presented must be directly related to an inclusive mobility issue: mobility support solutions for professional (re)integration, mobility for people in precarious situations, access to employment/training, etc.
Six inclusive mobility projects will be recognized:
Four will be selected by a jury composed of members of the Sanef Group, customers, and external figures.
Two "Coup de Cœur" prizes will be awarded by Sanef Group employees.
In addition to financial support, project leaders will be able to benefit from the support of group employees through volunteer work or skills sponsorship.
Our social sponsorship policy
The Sanef group, a mobility player, is aware that concrete answers must be found in order to facilitate travel in rural and peri-urban areas for people in precarious situations. And thus allow them to move more easily to access employment, training, health, culture because this lack of means of transport often accentuates the isolation and precariousness of the most deprived.
Sanef Solidaire is very proud to have committed more than 10 years ago to supporting projects in favor of responsible mobility (solidarity and inclusive) in the territories we pass through. Thanks to sponsors (group employees) who create links with professional integration associations in the field, several associative projects facilitating access to mobility for people looking for work have been supported in recent years.
Indeed, since the establishment of the sponsorship policy, more than fifty vehicles have been offered to associations to facilitate their travel and that of their beneficiaries.
Many permits have been financed, allowing job seekers to be more mobile. A partnership with solidarity garages has also been in place for 4 years.
And to go further and develop soft mobility, sponsorship has financed projects to help with the purchase of electric bikes.
Acting to promote mobility by thus creating a dynamic to no longer find ourselves in difficulty has become a real objective for Sanef Solidaire.

Sanef Solidaire
"Sanef Solidaire" comes to the aid of people experiencing social exclusion. We finance community projects offering people an opportunity to give fresh impetus to their life and professional integration.
Employees play a vital role in this programme as they oversee these community projects. These “buddies” support various associations at all stages, from preparing their applications to the culmination of their projects. They are the vital link between the association and Sanef’s project selection committee.
