Do I absolutely have to create a customer account to pay the toll in free mode?
Creating a customer account is not mandatory to pay for your tolls on a free-flow toll highway. However, it makes using this new system easier. Creating a customer account allows you to:
- save your license plate number and bank card details to avoid entering them for each payment,
- choose automatic payment,
- sign up for "toll due" notifications to avoid late or missed payments and the resulting penalties.
You can pay the toll without creating a Sanef customer account:
- by logging in to sanef.com
- or by visiting one of the payment points in the network of approved partners Nirio.
In both cases, your license plate number must be entered.
