How do I create a customer account to pay tolls on a pay-as-you-go basis?
The Sanef customer account gives you access to numerous benefits and services to facilitate your journey and pay your tolls on our motorways with self-service payment.
This will allow you to:
- register your vehicles and payment methods,
- activate automatic payment for your trips,
- activate email notifications for trips requiring payment,
- View your trip details,
- Save your payment receipts.
Here are the steps to create your account in just a few clicks:
- Go to the website sanef.com
- Click on "Register"
- Enter a valid email address and password, then accept the terms and conditions and click Continue
- Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email address and click Continue
Tip: The email may take a few minutes to arrive. Remember to check your spam/junk mail folder. - Complete your personal information: last name, first name, and phone number (optional) and click Continue
Your account is now created!
You can then select whether you want to register your vehicles and payment methods for the Paris-Normandie motorway or for the Boulay toll plaza.
Tip: If you want to use your account to pay tolls on the Paris-Normandie motorway (A13/A14) and at the Boulay toll plaza (A4), you will need to activate both services and enter your vehicle and payment information twice.
Can I register multiple bank cards in my Sanef customer account?
To automatically pay your tolls, you can register multiple bank cards in your Sanef customer account and link each registered vehicle to the bank card of your choice. You can only link one card to each vehicle, but the same card can be used to pay tolls for multiple vehicles.
To save your preferences, go to either:
- the "My Vehicles" section,
- the "Payment Methods" section, which allows you to link multiple vehicles to your bank card.
