If you have subscribed to the "Toll Due" notification, you will receive an email once your trip has been validated by our team.

Furthermore, trip details are only accessible to the person who has declared themselves the "primary driver" of the vehicle in their Sanef customer account.

To declare yourself as the primary driver, go to the "My Vehicles" section of your customer account and upload a copy of the vehicle registration certificate.
