How do I access my transactions and payments with a customer account?
- Login: Go to sanef.com and log in to your customer account.
- View your journeys: You can view all your journeys, the date, the vehicle category, and the toll amount.
- Payment Details: View the status of payments (settled or pending).
- Download Receipts: Download your receipts for your records or for business purposes.
- Full History: Track your transactions over several months to monitor your spending.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: You also have the option to register yourself as the primary driver or owner of your vehicle (this requires submitting a supporting document such as the vehicle registration certificate). This will give you access, in addition to the information previously provided, to a list of journeys by time of passage, as well as the exact location of the free-flow gantries where your vehicle was detected.

- Without a customer account, you do not have access to the complete history or receipt download options due to data privacy regulations.
- On sanef.com, enter your license plate number to view your journeys.
