From your customer account on sanef.com, easily link one or more vehicles. Once your vehicles are registered and your bank card linked, your tolls on the A13/A14 motorways will be automatically detected and billed. Follow the steps below to manage your vehicle registrations.
How do I add a new vehicle?
To register a vehicle and link it to your customer account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Sanef customer account via the website or app.
- Go to the "My Vehicles" section.
- Click the "Add a vehicle" button.
- Enter the registration number of the new vehicle.
- Confirm to add it to your account.
The vehicle is immediately linked to your payment method. You don't need to do anything else, and free-flow tolls will be automatically charged.
How do I remove a vehicle from my account?
If you have sold your car, or if you no longer wish to use it on a motorway with unrestricted traffic, you can remove it in just a few clicks:
- Log in to your Sanef customer account.
- Go to the "My Vehicles" tab.
- Select the vehicle you wish to remove from the list.
- Click on the "Delete" or "Remove this vehicle" option.
- Confirm the action to permanently delete it.
Once the operation is validated, this vehicle will no longer be associated with your account.
Warning: If you make a mistake entering a registration number, you will have to delete the vehicle currently being registered and start the registration process again in your account.
Why is it important to manage my vehicles properly?
If your vehicle is not linked to your account when you pass through the free-flow toll plaza, you will not be notified of your passage. You then have 72 hours to pay for your trip on sanef.com or at one of the Nirio network's partner tobacconists. If you exceed this deadline, a higher payment notice will be sent to you.
How do I manage toll payments in a free-flow manner in my customer account if I have multiple vehicles?
From your Sanef customer account, you can manage your toll payments independently, as you wish.
- In your basket, view the tolls related to the vehicle(s) you have registered.
- Select the toll(s) you wish to pay, distinguishing, for example, between your business trips and personal journeys.
Your Sanef customer account also allows you to "Pay for an unregistered vehicle": simply enter the registration number of the vehicle in question to access the tolls payable for that vehicle.
Why declare yourself as the main driver in your Sanef customer account?
By declaring yourself as the main driver or owner of your vehicle in your Sanef customer account, you have the option to:
- access the details of your toll passages before paying.
- activate automatic payment for your tolls after registering your license plate number and bank card number.
To register yourself as the primary driver or owner of your vehicle, you must create a Sanef customer account and verify your status by uploading your vehicle registration certificate or proof of use to your vehicle's detailed information sheet.
Please note, you will only be able to access your trip details after registering as the primary driver. Previous trips will not be updated retroactively.
