How do I obtain a receipt for my passage through the Sanef or Sapn toll plaza?
After passing through a Sanef or Sapn toll plaza, did you lose your ticket?
- If you paid by credit card, don't panic: to obtain a duplicate, please contact Sanef customer service at +33 9 708 08 709 Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- If you paid your toll in cash, we will unfortunately be unable to issue you a duplicate receipt.
Note: If you traveled on another motorway network, we will not be able to process your request. We invite you to contact the relevant motorway company listed on autoroutes.fr
