If you passed through with a van when you usually travel by car, that's normal because the rates vary according to the vehicle category. However, it could be a classification error. Send us your receipt number and the total toll amount (including tax) here.
Our tip: When paying, always check the class number displayed on the terminal next to the toll amount!
